Hi Team, We are currently looking to add a strong Expo (Expeditor) to our team. This role is key to keeping our kitchen and front-of-house running smoothly through clear communication, organization, and leadership on the line. The Expo acts as the central point between BOH and FOH, ensuring orders are accurate, timely, and presented to our standards. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the flow of tickets between kitchen and service team - Communicate clearly with BOH and FOH to ensure smooth service - Verify accuracy and presentation of all dishes before they leave the window - Maintain awareness of ticket times and support the team to stay on pace - Coordinate large orders and special requests with both teams - Keep the expo line organized, clean, and efficient What We’re Looking For: If you or someone you know would be a great fit, please reach out or apply directly.
