We’re seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our full-time Home & Community Neurorehabilitation team in Oakland, CA, delivering meaningful, functional care beyond the clinic walls. In this role, you’ll serve as a primary therapist from evaluation through discharge, helping patients rebuild independence through real-life activities that matter most.
