Job Description Summary The Saints Care Center supports Santa Fe College’s mission to centralize services for students experiencing basic needs insecurity and expand access to food, housing, transportation, technology, health, and career resources. The Work Study Student will support the daily operations of the Center, including the food pantry, resource management, outreach, and events. This role is essential to ensuring students receive timely assistance and feel welcomed in the Center. Job Description: Responsibilities and Duties Include: Greets students at the Food Pantry and assists with pantry shopping during designated hours. Takes student orders and prepares grocery bags on-site. Maintains pantry organization and assists with restocking as needed. Updates a running list of on- and off-campus resources. Searches for weekly BOGO deals and cost-saving opportunities for pantry supplies. Reviews SF website to ensure “basic needs” searches direct students to Saints Care Center; notifies supervisor of discrepancies or issues.
