Description Position Function: Under the general direction of the Facilities Manager, the Facilities Technician supports the maintenance, safety, and overall functionality of agency buildings and grounds by performing a variety of general maintenance and repair tasks. Responsibilities include assisting with preventive maintenance for HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems; completing work orders; maintaining indoor and outdoor spaces; and supporting landscaping, cleaning, and minor repair projects. This role also involves responding to on-call needs, assisting with special events, moving and assembling furniture, and supporting weather preparedness and recovery efforts. The Facilities Technician travels between sites as needed and is expected to provide excellent customer service while upholding organizational standards and ethics of ACH. Requirements: Education : High school education or equivalent required. Experience : Experience in general maintenance such as carpentry, electrical (basic), grounds, janitorial, painting, vehicle maintenance, and the completion of maintenance related duties.
