West Center for Dementia Care is the preeminent provider of dementia care services in North Texas. We are a single site facility, specializing in dementia care. We have 100 beds in five separate living areas, and we have been blessed to continue to have a high census! We are committed to high staffing ratios ensuring that you are able to provide the best care possible. Our staff chose to move to 12-hour shifts to provide a better balance between work and home. Our employee teams consistently work together so you get to know your teammates as well as you know your residents. We have bi-weekly calls so that our employees hear directly from the administrative team regarding COVID-19 updates and policy changes. We also offer a wide variety of benefits for our employees to choose from. We currently have full-time openings on our day shift which is 7:00am - 7:15pm.
