Location: Houston, TX Position Type: Full-Time (hourly) About this opportunity: Provides a variety of cleaning duties and maintains the building to ensure the upkeep, neatness, and cleanliness of the same on a daily basis. Key Responsibilities: - Facilities Cleaning Responsibilities (90%) - Facilities Maintenance Responsibilities (10%) What we are looking for: - No formal education required, AND - Six months’ experience performing general janitorial and general maintenance duties; OR - Any equivalent combination of training and experience providing the required knowledge, skills and abilities Employee Benefits: - Health, Dental and Vision Insurance - Paid Time Off and Holiday Pay - Life Insurance - 403B Plan Physical Requirements and Working Conditions: Ability to meet attendance requirements.
