POSITION SUMMARY: Deliver promotional events and activities at customers' locations to increase brand awareness and sales of company products. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: - Create a fun environment at point of sales to attract customers and promote our products during special radio, TV, and store events. - Interact with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing manner to generate brand awareness to increase sales. - Engage and assist customers; influence customer to enter contests and participate on the company's social media outlets; promote customer participation in sharing pictures, videos, and recipes. - Prepare and demonstrate new and or promoted products to store customers through sample arrangements and by demonstrating recipes using company products. - Provide excellent customer service; assess the needs of the customer to best recommend products; use product slicer to fill orders and or provide samples to customers; complete order process for purchases. - Maintain store shelf standards and inventory through various merchandising strategies, including but not limited to rotation of products; ensure pricing matches current promotions and current marketin...
