Join our team as a Retail Manager , where you’ll lead a high-performing group of Retail Coverage Merchandisers (RCMs) to deliver exceptional in-store execution and drive client sales. This role offers the opportunity to make a measurable impact while growing your career in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Preferred locations for applicants to reside in: Jacksonville OR Miami, FL Train, mentor, and inspire a team of RCMs to meet and exceed client expectations in merchandising, shelving, and sales execution. Provide daily strategic direction to maximize sales opportunities and guide your team in identifying best practices and in-store selling opportunities. Conduct regular audits and deliver actionable feedback to ensure high-quality execution. Build strong relationships with retail partners through consistent communication. Partner with Retail Directors and internal stakeholders to align on key initiatives and communicate effectively across teams. Serve as a subject matter expert on Acosta’s retail systems.
