As an Associate Academy Content Consultant , you will join the broader Customer Experience Group . You will be an integral part of the Academy team, which functions as our in-house product education provider. Your role will be to support the creation of educational content that empowers Bloomreach users through intuitive onboarding and ongoing product education - helping them become independent users of our Bloomreach Solutions. Working closely with senior Content Consultants and Operational Specialists, you will apply foundational instructional design...
