As our Safety Coordinator, you will enforce and create set standards, while making recommendations on safety related programs for multiple teams ranging from production to quality. Additionally you will provide support to day-to-day operations, conduct safety walkthroughs/inspections, audits, deliver safety trainings to employees, participate in analyses of workplace incidents and help drive corrective actions. Position-Related Job Duties and Key Functions - Lead the facility Safety Leadership Team by planning and facilitating meetings, driving committee initiatives, assessing effectiveness, and recommending and implementing continuous improvements. - Coordinate the Job Safety Analysis (JSA) program, including scheduling and conducting audits, maintaining documentation, analyzing trends, and implementing corrective actions. - Conduct comprehen...
