Position Title: Office Coordinator Location: Dallas, TX Your role: The Office Coordinator is the face of the Dallas office, responsible for daily front desk and reception operations while supporting the Office Manager and contributing to overall office efficiency. This role is a critical team player, responsible for inventory tracking, guest and vendor management, mail services, event coordination, and general administrative support. The Office Coordinator ensures the office runs smoothly and provides an exceptional experience for employees and visitors. What you'll do: - Greet visitors, answer incoming calls, and maintain a clean, professional reception area. - Scan and sort incoming mail, notify recipients, and manage outgoing packages (USPS, FedEx, courier services). - Track office, kitchen, and pantry inventory; communicate supply needs to the Office Manager. - Restock and organize the breakrooms and common areas. - Support safety efforts as an Incident Commander and maintain emergency kits. - Assist with the setup, breakdown, and decoration for onsite events and monthly luncheons. - Support employee onboarding/offboarding by managing email portal updates and conference room bo...
