Ameristar Perimeter Security USA, an ASSA ABLOY branded company, is looking for a Learning and Development Trainer. The Learning and Development Trainer leads and implements commercial training strategy across the product portfolio, partnering closely with Product Management, Sales Leadership, and Marketing to support new product launches, ongoing portfolio education, and national sales initiatives. Brings territory sales and/or project management experience to drive structured execution, field readiness, and measurable adoption. Serves as a cross-functional contributor in new product development, launch readiness, and trade show execution. What you will be doing: - Manage and implement e-learning programs through the LMS platform - Design and deliver classroom and virtual instructor-led training programs - Partner with Product Management to develop launch training plans, sales playbooks, competitive tools, and portfolio-specific materials - Represent Marketing and Training as a cross-functional team member in new product development projects - Lead structured launch readiness initiatives including timelines, stakeholder coordination, and adoption tracking - Leverage territory sale...
