Job description
Mission The core of the Tech Services Management team is to support the ING Tech management in running technology as a business, by understanding ING’s Bank technology strategy and aligning the investments in technology with an efficient use of resources while ensuring all regulatory requirements are met. The team is aimed to provide advice on making decisions and full insight on drivers for an effective and efficient use of suppliers contracting in line with the ING bank and technology strategy and supports a smooth cost performance management, while ensuring the existing governance guidelines are supported by clear processes. About the team: This role is part of a new team currently being built, as one of the first senior members, you will play a key role in defining the team’s foundation , culture, and end‑to‑end processes . This is a high-impact role suited for a professional experienced in setting up functions from scratch, implementing structured ways of working, and building service models aligned with global standards.
