Job Details The Ambulatory Nurse Manager is responsible for the operational management and administration of those activities which promote the delivery of safe, efficient, and effective health care. The Ambulatory Nurse Manger ensures efficient planning, staffing, coordinating and evaluating of the day to day operations.The role is accountable for the clinical practice of nurses and Medical Assistants, and achieves, promotes and supports established contemporary evidence based standards of care and practice that align with practice, policies, goals, and objectives. Interacts with co-workers, visitors, and other staff consistent with the values of Jefferson. Manages human, financial, and other resources needed to facilitate daily practice operations and patient care. Responsible for all training, staff competency, and independent evaluation of staff to ensure total and effective service provision to patients, staff, and physicians.
