You will be responsible for: - Going the Extra Mile for our customers and fellow team members. - Preparing, cooking, and executing food items on a regular basis. - Supporting with the implementation of new menu items based on recipes and restaurant programs. - Assisting the Restaurant Manager with training and coaching the restaurant team according to established standard procedures. - Supporting the restaurant department with quality control and shrink control. - Monitoring inventory levels and communicating ordering needs to the Restaurant Manager. - Fostering a positive environment that is focused on Always Customer First service. -...
