Job description

This is an opportunity to lead delivery for Client Management and Sales Enablement products at a leading asset manager. As Product Delivery Director, you’ll manage a cross-functional team to drive strategic initiatives, platform enhancements, and operational excellence across client reporting, onboarding, servicing, and sales enablement (Client 360, CRM, content enablement). You’ll partner with stakeholders to deliver measurable business outcomes, advance modernization, and champion responsible AI solutions. This role is pivotal in shaping client experience and sales effectiveness, contributing directly to our mission of empowering clients and teams. Position Responsibilities: Own product delivery across Client Management applications (client reporting, onboarding, servicing) and Sales Enablement platforms (Client 360, CRM, content enablement).
