Job Summary: Perform a variety of duties in and around the building of the hospital complex to assist the tradesmen in completing their tasks. Job Description: Essential Responsibilities: Assists with repairing and replacing drains, fixtures, rodding, cleaning, etc. as assigned. Administers to general repairs i.e. plunging toilets and drains, greases fan motors. Works independently. Completes preventative maintenance task on time. Communicates issues to his/her supervisor. Required Qualifications: High School diploma or GED required. Vocational or Technical training preferred. MA Driver's License: 0-1 years related work experience required. Previous experience preferred: Good driving record: Basic familiarity with computers. Ability to navigate at a basic level within web-based applications. Competencies: Decision Making: Ability to make decisions that are based on specific instructions, standard practices and established procedures which generally require little or no supervision.
