Description: - Oversight to ensure all metro residential facilities are adhering to DHS 245G standards and regulations. - Participate in licensing reviews. - Participate in P&P reviews - Reports directly to the Vice President of Client Services. Direct report for clinical supervisors at the facility. - Works with supervisor to assess the quality of the program based on data collected, and works with Supervisor and Clinical Leadership Team on action for identified areas of improvement. - Implement Program and Group Rules. - Monitors program to ensure that documentation is compliant with Minnesota Statute 245G by performing regular chart audits to ensure that all documentation is compliant - Implement new policies and procedures as needed. - Using sound decision-making skills, exhibiting good judgment and realistic understanding of issues. - Review and respond to grievances, incident reports, staff and client conflict according to NBH policies and procedures. - Review all Comprehensive Assessments and client referral documentation for the program as needed. - Communicate effectively with the Intake and Outreach Manager regarding intake approvals and denials. - Oversee clinical staff....
