SUMMARY: -Files all residents medical forms in their file and medical charts. -Schedules residents medical appointments. -Creates Weekly Medical Schedule and provides to all houses, decision makers -Transports residents to and from appointments. -Takes care of the monthly MRS -Requests Dictated notes -Data entry in IServ -Maintain appointment folders -Cover DSP on floor when houses are short staffed. - Position Type: Non-exempt, full-time, hourly role.
