Raw Material Utility - 1st Shift

At Utz Quality Foods, we have expanded our Kings Mountain, NC manufacturing facility and looking for a dedicated Raw Material Utility to join our team. This hands-on role will involve material handling, operating palletizing equipment, and supporting our packaging operations to ensure smooth and efficient production processes. Schedule: Monday-Friday 6:00 AM-2:30PM, Saturdays as needed Responsibilities: Requirements: - Adhere to safety standards to maintain a zero-accident culture on the production floor. - Operate and adjust robotic palletizers and production equipment, ensuring proper programming for new products and specifications. - Accurately track and enter pallet data into our data collection systems and complete inventory control logs. - Review production schedules, move pallets from the production area to the warehouse, and ensure materials are staged for the next shift. - Ensure labeling and barcoding are correct and address any packaging quality issues with attention to detail. - Ensure that equipment and work areas are cleaned and well-maintained. - Understanding of food safety rules, policies, and procedures. - Ability to stand for long periods and lift, push, or pull...
