Information Technologist Helpdesk Support Job Location: Houston, TX: Position Type: Full-Time/Regular: Essential Functions: technical solutions available from the Agency IT providers to meet Directorate end user requirements with unified desktop office automation support in conjunction with I3P providers services into the appropriate Directorate/Agency/Center system and ensure support through closure of the requests updates to specialized software automation support in conjunction with IT Infrastructure Integration Program (I3P) providers software and hardware assets agreements and software license renewals for the directorate and report status of this activity and nonflight property and equipment in the NASA Equipment System area VETS is an EEO Employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, or disability.
