INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - CORPORATE OFFICE (AUSTIN, MN): To save time applying, Hormel Foods does not offer sponsorship of job applicants for employment-based visas for this position at this time. RESPONSIBILITIES : QUALIFICATIONS: Required - Applicants must not now, or at any time in the future, require employer sponsorship for a work visa. - Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer. - Processes all assigned complex export orders for Hormel Foods International products, with minimal supervision, including creating necessary documents and correspondence. - Performs all functions involved in the entering of the orders plus giving instructions to plant personnel, transload service , freight forwarders, international transport service providers and, ultimately, customers. - Acts as a primary customer service representative for assigned export customers. - Proven ability to perform detailed clerical and mathematical work accurately and efficiently. - Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills. - Ability to initiate appropriate action independently. - Demonstrated organizational an...
