At Kroll, we’re on the lookout for collaborative, curious and enthusiastic individuals to join our Investigations, Diligence and Compliance (IDC) practice. Our IDC Core team helps clients make critical decisions about transactions, partnerships, and operation expansions through a combination of in-depth subject matter expertise, global research capabilities and flexible technology tools. As an Intern, you’ll assist our case managers with case work through multiple tasks spanning from research support to leading your own projects and creating presentations identifying key findings in investigations. RESPONSIBILITIES: REQUIREMENTS: - Carry out due diligence research by using databases, internet and public domain tools; - Collating and organizing large volumes of information; - Document review and analysis; - Interrogation of open-source findings and identification of negative information or risk-relevant patterns; - Analyzing, summarizing, and contextualizing complex allegations, disputes, and fact patterns relevant to financial crime compliance, including in challenging media landscapes; - Acting as a Case Manager handling all steps of the preparation of an integrity due diligence r...
