WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION: Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial transactions, including recurring journal entries, month-end account reconciliations, and GRIR (Goods Receipt/Invoice Receipt) reconciliation. Research and analyze general ledger account variances to support financial accuracy and insight. Manage the Fixed Asset process for the site including CER, oversee fixed asset accounting, and generate reports for users. Lead inventory reconciliations and inventory count processes, including tracking open purchase orders, conducting monthly inventory reporting, and supporting materials forecasting. Provide proactive analysis and support to the finance team, including KPI and shipment reporting (BOL tracking and creation), ad hoc data requests, and project work.
