Job Description: This position supports both operating and non-operating special projects and serves as a key financial partner to Maintenance & Engineering Management.The Maintenance Finance Analyst is responsible for the planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis of all Maintenance Other Expense, Other Occupancy Expense, and Depreciation & Amortization accounts.
