Description Hall & Evans, LLC, one of Denver’s most established defense law firms has a full-time opening for a Lead Paralegal in our Downtown Denver office. The Lead Paralegal position will partner with the Litigation Manager to oversee the Paralegal team’s work, monitor productivity, provide support and guidance with day-to-day work questions & processes & procedures, and job training & development. The Lead Paralegal ensures Paralegal teams run smoothly, meets all requirements and deadlines as assigned, and supports all practice areas as needed. The Lead Paralegal will have an annual billable hours requirement of 810 hours. This position can offer a hybrid working schedule (3 days in-office and 2 days remote) after successfully completing the training period.
