Role Overview Lab49 is seeking a senior Product & Engagement Leader to own the success of complex, highstakes financial services initiatives for finance clients. This role combines product strategy and leadership with full engagement ownership: including outcomes, financials, governance, and longterm client trust. In this role, you do not simply manage a roadmap or facilitate delivery. You wrap your arms around the entire engagement: defining and executing product strategy, leading crossfunctional teams, ensuring operational and financial rigor, and serving as the single accountable owner for client success. You will operate at the intersection of product excellence, delivery execution, and commercial stewardship, acting as a trusted partner to senior client stakeholders while protecting both client value and Lab49’s interests.
