CUSTOMER DEVELOPEMENT QUALITICIAN

Job description

Candidates must meet the following requirements: - Higher education in Engineering; - 1-year experience in the automotive industry, with preference for experience in quality or continuous process improvement; - Knowledge of standards: ISO 9001 / IATF 16949; VDA 6.3; - Knowledge of quality methods and techniques; - Core tools training - APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA, FMEA (preferred); - Use of web-based editing tools; - Fluency in English; - Knowledge of German. - VDA training (preferred). Main responsibilities of the function: - Participate in project teams by collaborating in the implementation of FMEA’s and in defining quality specifications in processes; - Collaborate in the preparation of control plans; - Participate in the process audits that clients carry out and collaborate in the definition and implementation of actions arising from these same audits; - Manage the process of handling customer complaints; - Participate in the ongoing update of documentation, including: control plan, P-FMEA, R-FMEA, work instructions, process and product confirmation lists.
