Employment Type: Full time Shift: Day Shift Description: The Manager of the Patient Navigation Department will have direct and significant influence on defining and implementing value-based care network navigation and population health care coordination strategies and initiatives of Saint Alphonsus Health System (SAHS) and the Saint Alphonsus Health Alliance (SAHA) and its participating providers. This is a HYBRID position. Minimum Qualifications: Licensed in the state of Idaho as a Health Care Professional (i.e. RN/LPN) Licensed in the state of Oregon as a Health Care Professional (ie RN/LPN) within 6 months of hire. Bachelor’s degree in healthcare related field or 4 years of applicable experience in lieu of degree. 10 years of clinical experience, ambulatory care setting preferred Previous experience with health networks, insurance companies and/or Third-Party Administrators preferred.
