In this role, your primary responsibility is to walk the warehouse floor, locate items, and pull them for customer orders. Key Responsibilities: Order selection - receive picking tickets (paper lists) or use RF Scanner. Efficiently locate products in the warehouse using SKUs and bin locations. Pick the correct quantity of items without errors. Ensure picked orders match the customer order exactly. Organize picked items on carts or totes for packing. Visually inspect items during the pick process to ensure they are not damaged or defective. Report any inventory discrepancies (wrong item in bin, missing stock) to a supervisor immediately.
