Description: The Inventory Exceptions Lead will proactively manage customer delivery exceptions with a strong sense of urgency and high level of accuracy. This role is responsible for identifying inventory discrepancies for both pre- and post-delivery that could negatively impact the customer's experience. This includes coordinating with third-party logistics (3PL) providers across the country to ensure inventory accuracy and readiness for order fulfillment, as well as managing reverse logistics as needed. The objective is to protect delivery performance and maintain a consistently positive customer experience. The Inventory Exceptions Lead will also play a key role in reviewing and understanding multi-system transactions throughout the full lifecycle of an order.
