Key Responsibilities: - Manage inbound and outbound customer and store enquiries - Resolve complaints, disputes, and banking/receipting queries - Process journals and maintain accurate account records - Conduct debt collection activities and negotiate payment plans - Investigate overdue accounts and manage stop credit processes - Set and review customer credit limits and ensure security compliance - Perform reconciliations, receipting, and key account management - Complete reporting and general administrative tasks as required About You: - Customer service experience - Looking to kick start your professional career, or an experienced person wanting to join a stable, pro...
