Description Job Title: Team Lead: Job Hours (Shift): 2nd Shift Location: Vance, AL Position Summary: The Team Lead role is responsible for coordinating personnel, equipment, and inventory to meet daily operational goals. This position ensures adherence to safety, quality, and operational standards while leading associates and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the assigned area.
