Salary/Position Classification: - $38,000+ annual, Non-Exempt (Eligible for overtime) - 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm - This position will work onsite at UND Grand Forks, ND campus Purpose of Position: Responsible for providing general maintenance, department and miscellaneous repair requests in university-owned facilities. In addition, they perform non-warehouse deliveries, department moves/transfers and assist with event set-ups/teardowns. All Facilities Management positions are subject to overtime & callback twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week, as needed/directed by supervisors/directors. Duties & Responsibilities: General Building Maintenance: - General Carpentry - Repair/replace doors, door jambs and trim; install/repair shelving, bulletin boards, furniture, cove base, walls, screens, mirrors, weather strip for windows/doors, ceiling tile, door hardware, window parts, mechanical and electric window shades, bathroom accessories and classroom accessories; remove and install drywall - Electrical - Replace switch/outlet covers; replace light bulbs and repair light covers - Plumbing - Unplug sinks, showers, toilets, urinals, and drinking fountai...
