We’re now looking for a substitute Content Manager with a strong customer mindset to take ownership of our digital customer experiences across the Nordics. About the role: This role is about more than writing. Y ou’ll take ownership of how commercial customers are guided through our digital channels when buying insurance. You’ll work hands ‑ on with content, shaping end ‑ to ‑ end buying journeys and improving them continuously based on insights, data and experimentation. In a cross ‑ functional squad, you’ll collaborate with designers, developers and other specialists to shape digital experiences that are clear, easy to navigate and valuable for both customers and the business.
