Job description

Position Mission: This position is primarily responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences. The Shift Leader is also responsible for employee supervision in conjunction with, or in the absence of a General Manager/Assistant Manager by creating a fun work environment. And motivating the team to deliver exceptional guest service and food quality while maintaining safety. Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to: strives to deliver an exceptional experience to every guest training and counseling when necessary including maintaining adequate product levels during each shift, day, and week action to ensure their complete satisfaction area, restrooms, patios and sidewalks/parking lot Greeter/Cashier, a Sandwich Maker, a Prep Person, the Barista or Drive-Thru Station, Baker and managing/orchestrating catering orders organization of the restaurant and team by Company policy needed - Leads by example to treat all guests in a manner to ensure their complete satisfaction.
