Description Plumbing Superintendent is responsible for maintaining an open, positive, and professional line of communication with customers, vendors, general contractors, internal customers, and trade partners. The Superintendent supervises employees and maintains a safe working environment compliant with government regulatory guidelines and RMC Safety systems on multiple projects simultaneously. This position is onsite and requires out of state travel. Travel is required. Requirements: Job Responsibilities (List is not inclusive) · Ensure work site is compliant with OSHA regulations and RMC Safety protocols. · Manage and schedule installation of Plumbing material and equipment. · Maintain consistent contact with General Contractors to be aware at all times of expected installation dates. · Request and coordinate plumbing material and equipment needs with purchasing department. · Coordinate delivery of material and equipment to the job site. · Check options and equipment list to ensure material is correct. · Keep project status up to date to ensure timely delivery. · Lay out crews to install material on scheduled dates. · Attend and participate in GC meetings. · Conduct weekly insp...
