A Day in the Life: The Sr. Facilities Manager – Cluster Lead is responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of multiple sites across different countries. This role partners with the Regional Facilities Director, local Facilities Managers and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure consistent standards, operational excellence, and alignment with global business objectives. The position requires strong leadership of a geographically dispersed team, balancing regional needs with global strategy.
