Company Overview Metrea is a defense company dedicated to translating commercial innovation into solutions for the hardest problems in national security. With deep mission expertise, Metrea focuses on delivering effects‑as‑a‑service across Aerospace, Electromagnetic & Cyber, Digital & Synthetic domains via its capability groups. Our six support groups (Operations, People, Finance, Legal, Strategy and Solutions) guide the development of the products, projects and programs our capabilities deliver. Group Overview – Special Air Missions (SAM) Metrea Special Aerospace (MSA) delivers sensitive Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) effects to customers around the globe. The Special Air Missions group supports deployed ISR operations by providing aircrew, maintainers, logistics specialists, and support staff at remote sites. SAM teams operate in demanding environments, so they rely on meticulous administrative support to keep people qualified, ready and reimbursed. Deployment Coordinators (DCs) work alongside Site Operations Managers, finance and people teams to coordinate travel, expenses and deployment readiness for our ISR professionals.
