Forklift Operator - Line Driver Job Summary: Join Carlisle Companies Incorporated as an Operator I , where you’ll play a hands-on role in producing high-quality building materials in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. In this role, you’ll operate production machinery, support experienced operators, and ensure products meet Carlisle’s safety and quality standards. This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position with occasional overtime and no travel required . This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with machinery, take pride in safety and quality, and want to grow their skills within a team-oriented manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities: Operate machinery within your assigned department to complete production work orders safely and efficiently Review work orders and ensure proper materials are available to meet production needs Monitor machine operations to maintain standard work and optimal performance Perform safety-critical tasks including lockout/tagout, daily equipment inspections, and hazard-based functions Stack, sort, bundle, and package materials according to departmental standards Support Operators II and III with packaging and end-of-line opera...
