Senior Legal Counsel, Customer Disputes - Deliver strategic legal advice on customer matters to seek resolution of complex and sensitive customer matters. - Take ownership of complex advice and engage key internal and external stakeholders. - Be part of a supportive, engaged and dynamic team within Group Legal. The Group Services Legal team is comprised of Disputes Legal, Employment Legal, and Regulatory Legal and is part of Legal & Group Secretariat (L&GS). You will be working in the Customer Disputes team which supports key internal stakeholders supporting various internal stakeholders on legal risk regarding disputes with customers. Working closely with colleagues across Group Legal and other business units/support units in relation to engagement with relevant regulators and matters relating to governance, customers and products.
