YES NO EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS – please check the educational requirements needed to successfully accomplish the essential duties of this POSITION (DO NOT list your OWN educational background) - Maintains preventive maintenance for all kitchen equipment, machinery and electrical equipment. - Maintains inventory of parts and material for electrical, HVAC, and kitchen equipment. - Performs maintenance and repair functions on major system breakdowns, which includes diagnosing, trouble shooting, repairing or replacing. - Schedules operative and regular preventative maintenance of all HVAC and refrigeration and kitchen equipment. - Preforms preventive and regular maintenance of all equipment. - Adheres to the operations procedures as required by all state and local codes. - Maintains a log of all equipment status and inventory of parts and material necessary for repairs. - Monitors, trouble-shoots and responds to facilities work orders using the project management system. - Maintains all mechanical and cosmetic items in guest rooms and public areas. - Monitors work load, and advises supervisor of work overload. - Maintains a neat, clean, and...
