Description This position will be responsible for our central region; our Venice, Englewood, Port Charlotte and Punta Gorda branches. POSITION SUMMARY: This position supports the work of YMCA of Southwest Florida, the leading nonprofit in our region, committed to strengthening community and making a positive impact on others. Vice President of Operations serves a region of our service area which includes 4 or more locations as well as youth and outreach programs in the surrounding community. This individual is part of a passionate team of leaders, dedicated to our cause and expanding services in our community where they are needed most. The VP of Operations will advance the mission of the YMCA, serve as a trusted member of the Leadership Team, and create a sense of connection among their staff and volunteers that comes from working together to do good.
