As change manager, you will become a central part of a team of five to six dedicated colleagues — including change managers, deployment managers, problem managers, and major incident managers — all working closely together within an ITIL-aligned service management approach. The role: Our new change manager is responsible for ensuring that all IT service changes are controlled, authorised, and aligned with organisational objectives, balancing speed of delivery with effective risk management in an agile environment.
