Department Overview The Peds Rehab Supervisor will oversee and manage a team of approximately 15 physical therapists, occupational therapists, and/or speech-language pathologists within the acute care, outpatient, and/or NICU setting. This role involves a combination of clinical and administrative responsibilities, ensuring high-quality patient care, effective team performance, and efficient departmental operations. The supervisor will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to foster a collaborative environment and support the continuous professional development of staff.
