As a member of the Victorian Road Maintenance Contracts ( VRMC ) team, the Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) Manager oversees and implements and manages all safety aspects of the HSEQ Management System Framework fostering a strong safety culture aligned with company values. Key duties include overseeing HSE policies, managing critical risk programs, ensuring compliance with safety plans, and delivering safety inductions and training. Reporting to the Contract Manager, the SHE Manager works within the Transport business unit, and is based at the VRMC Primary Depot in Clayton with daily travel in the South-Central Metropolitan region (Tool of Trade – Vehicle provided).
