As a Rehabilitation Nurse, you will provide comprehensive care to patients recovering from serious injuries, surgeries, or illnesses. Your role is crucial in helping patients regain their independence, improve their quality of life, and return safely to the community. Scope of Work: Assesses, monitors, detects, plans and takes appropriate action to prevent potential physiological complications associated with wound, ostomy or continence. Provides information and instruction to patients and their caregivers. Collaborates with and serves as a resource for other health professionals to promote delivery of quality services and patient education within the institution as well as the community.
