Position: Customer Relations Coordinator Job Description: Forward Air is looking for a capable and dedicated individual to work as an Customer Relations Coordinator. The Customer Relations Coordinator is responsible for performing the clerical import/export duties. This candidate will respond to emails and voicemails concerning orders, issue resolution, shipment tracking, routing questions and customer requests in a timely manner.
