AI Product Owner Overview: We are seeking a Product Owner with expertise in P&C underwriting to lead the design and delivery of AI powered solutions that transform underwriting workflows. This role requires a strong combination of underwriting knowledge and product leadership. It requires the ability to analyze complex underwriting processes, and design solutions that align with business objectives. The candidate will work closely with engineering and business teams to ensure that solutions are aligned with underwriting needs and deliver measurable improvements. Success in this role depends on a deep understanding of underwriting, a strategic approach to workflow and solution design, and the ability to lead collaborative delivery efforts across multiple teams.
