Job DetailsJob Location: Billings Campus - Billings, MT 59106Position Type: Full TimeEducation Level: High SchoolSalary Range: $18.12 - $20.39 HourlyPosition Summary: Mental Health Workers work directly with youth in the program. Mental Health Workers provide supervised therapeutic services to youth with behavioral and emotional difficulties for the purpose of meeting the goals of each youth’s Treatment Plan in a safe and positive environment. Supervision is exercised over several youth on an assigned shift. Because an employee is this position is located in a work environment associated with unstable youth, the work may involve an element of personal danger. Starting Salary Range: $18.12 - $20.39 per hour. Salary reflects steps 1-5 of an 11-step pay schedule. The starting salary will be determined based on the applicant’s education and relevant experience.
